10 Ways to Stay Young

No one wants to get old now. The desire to stay a teenager is going away.

Recently, a friend of mine said, “Decapitate the line between your eyebrows, why are you walking like this?” said. How natural and normal he says, as if he’s suggesting that I change my hairstyle.

Don’t you think there are nervous, same-type, unlined women everywhere with nervous faces? I am one of those who accept it as a natural result instead of worrying and feeling sad because you are getting older. I gave a lifetime for those lines, why should I delete them? We also have the advantage of being middle-aged and well-groomed. May God give you health in the first place. Botox, fillers, aesthetics I am not against such operations. But I won’t have it done, that’s all. I don’t like. I have a lot of friends who have done it, if they are so happy, I think they should do it. But I’m happy with my lines. why should I try to look like 25 at the age of 50? It seems to me very absurd and inappropriate, frankly.

A person who is at peace with himself is beautiful at any age!

10 Ingredients to look younger;

1- Do not make your age your focus when shopping; buy pieces that are suitable for your body, style and tastes.

2- Make time for your hobbies. Now that you have left career worries and busy work periods behind, try to enjoy life more.

3- Do sports, go on a trip, spend time with your family.

4- Take care of your care. the 40s are the ages when well-groomed women shine and take the lead role in environments.

5- Do not neglect to use the care products that your skin needs, to look attentive.

6- Spend more time with your friends. Appreciate old friends, but also give new ones a chance.

7- Don’t be afraid of technology. Smartphones, tablets and technological devices can fascinate you, if you want, of course.

8- Stop your bad habits. Eat a healthy diet, take time for exercise, sleep regularly and most importantly, look at things positively.

9- Do not neglect to get psychological support during the moments when you feel bad psychologically. Not only your body may need care, but also your soul.

10- Do not stop producing, making plans, dreaming. Remember, it is your dreams that will make you happy and enjoyable. Know how to laugh sometimes and smile sometimes.
