Is Your Skin Ready for Summer?

In summer, our skin requires more, attentive and careful care. By changing the rhythm of care that we apply to our skin during the winter months. You need to apply the rhythm of care that adapts to the summer season. Because, hot humid air increases sweating and sweat irritations. The sun’s rays increase pigmentation and skin spots are formed. Salty sea water and chlorinated pool water, on the other hand, dry the skin too much, the skin thickens and the skin wrinkles prematurely. If you do not want to see these skin problems on your skin in the summer, I count. What you need to do, it is enough to apply the maintenance that adapts to the summer season. Thus, you will enjoy the sun, sea and pool without having skin problems.

The rhythm of care that adapts to the summer season

1- Before starting sun baths, sea and swimming sessions, be sure to have intensive skin care applied by a professional specialist. Your skin is cleared of comedones, dead layer, pores are compressed, the skin gains vitality by breathing. Then the products you use penetrate the skin better.

2- Your skin needs to be cleaned regularly, moisturized and protected from the sun in daily home care.

3- The daily care rhythm is cleansed from dust, sweat and dirt by cleansing the skin with cleansing foam. Then it should be wiped with facial tonic and moisturize with a high moisturizer suitable for your skin type.

4- In the summer, whether on vacation or in city life. Make sure to apply your sunscreen before leaving the house.

5- In daily household care, first apply moisturizer 10 minutes, then apply water-based sunscreen factor 50 to the entire face, neck and décolletage.

6- The hours when the sun’s rays are more harmless are from 00.07 to 00. after 09 and 16.00, you can start sunbathing in the shade.

7- If you want to tan without sun, you can use the oxygen pressure method. Because you can get the tan you will earn in a month as a result of an application.

8- Shower after sun baths and apply moisturizer to both your facial skin and body skin, it regains the moisture lost from the sun again.

9- In summer, our body needs water more. It regains the water we lose through sweat by consuming plenty of fluids. 1.5 – 2 liters of water, mineral water, buttermilk, fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

10- If you want to get a nice and healthy tan, drink carrot juice 15 days before you start sunbathing and every day. It contains the active ingredient vitamin A beta-carotene. In order to protect your skin from the sun’s rays and moisture, consume tomatoes, both their juice and drizzle extra virgin olive oil on them as a salad. It contains the active ingredient lycopene, which is the substance that protects and beautifies the skin.

With a wish for days full of healthy beauty,
