Moving Nose Tip Aesthetics

The hard, immobile and sinking nose tip after rhinoplasty is a result of traditional rhinoplasty techniques. Because in order to have a nose that looks natural after a rhinoplasty operation, the nose must move together with facial expressions. It is understood from the immobile and hard tip of the nose where the rhinoplasty operation was performed. There are three basic mechanisms in the natural nose structure. The nasal bone, cartilage tissue and its surroundings, soft tissue consisting of muscles and move as a whole in a complex manner. The soft tissue at the tip of the nose moves together with the facial muscles during facial use. Before the aesthetic operation, it is necessary to solve how this mechanism moves together with the facial muscles individually.

Dynamic rhinoplasty

In rhinoplasty operations performed with traditional techniques, a static nasal tip is obtained. In dynamic rhinoplasty, a more natural-looking and useful nose is obtained, as it will have a moving nose tip. For this, stitches are not applied to some points so that the ability of the tip of the nose to move is preserved. In this way, the ability of the nose to move together with mimics continues. It can be moved easily to the right, left and up or down.

Rhinoplasty is planned specifically for the person

Before rhinoplasty, images of the person are taken on video to solve the movement mechanism of the nose. When talking, laughing, that is, along with facial expressions, the mobility of the tip of the nose is examined. The operation is planned specially for the person through the nose tip movement of the person through the videos. After removing the existing deformities in the nose, stitches are applied to the tip of the nose according to it. There are no stitches at the points that will help the mechanism move. After the operation is completed, the tip of the nose moves like a natural nose along with facial expressions.

After dynamic rhinoplasty, patients can easily wipe their noses, sleep on their faces, and the tip of the nose does not sink hard into the other person’s cheek when kissing someone. With a trackless rhinoplasty performed with a closed technique and a movable nasal tip, there is no obvious trace that an aesthetic operation has been performed. Dynamic rhinoplasty is performed with a closed technique under general anesthesia. With the 3D simulation device, nose design and surgery are planned in detail. The closest to natural rhinoplasty can be performed with a personalized nose design and the correct surgical technique.

Stay with love.
