For a single Turkish doctor’s Health Report; The Ministry of Health Price is 50 TL, the Turkey university Price is 75 TL, and for the Health Board report in Turkey, the Ministry of health is 200 TL, the university Price is 300 TL.

Public tariff procedures and principles of the price tariff in question. Article 6 entitled remuneration of Health Board reports contains the following provisions;
.
A) Expenses of the Health Board reports of the rights holders sent by issuing a referral certificate by the Social Security Institution in Turkey (SSI). According to the provisions of the Health application communiqué (SUT), it is billed to the SGK.
.
B) Turkey report fees (driver’s license in Turkey report, employment application, etc.) that indicate a situation that is not covered by the SGK payment and/or will be used for special purposes.) and report fees issued for the detection of these situations are requested from people (except for people who are excluded).

C) The prices set for Health reports are package prices, and people will not be charged a fee separately.
.
D) If the persons applying to receive a Health Board report do not complete their examinations in all outpatient clinics and/or the report is not edited, the transactions will be billed by charging a 10% discount by the method of payment per service (examination fee and examinations performed). But the total amount can never exceed the package fee set for the Health Board report.

E) For reports that indicate a situation that is not covered by the institution’s payment and/or will be used for special purposes (driver’s license report, application for entry to work, etc.) from the point of view that people do not pay a share of participation. Patient tracking number/ provision will not be obtained from medula.

F) If the decision of the health board is challenged by the patient, his legal representative or the institution in which he works, he will be evaluated and charged as the first application by the same health institution or the Turkish health institution in which he was referred.

Considering the subject of charging driver reports in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and the mentioned KSHST;
.
1) Charging 10.08.2015 dated and 2015.5409.1243 No. of the Ministry of authority put into practice on the basis of KSHST,

2) Collection of the Transaction Price “s 100000 single Physician Health report” included in the list of Kshst Annex-2 for each physician for examinations up to 3 (three) specialist doctors

(50 TL for reports concluded by a single physician and 100 TL for reports concluded by 2 (two) separate physicians should be charged.),

3) 3 (three) and above specialist medical examinations are considered as health board examinations, so the “S 100010 Health Board report” in the Kshst Annex-2 List is collected for the transaction price (Health Board 200 TL) ,

4) No additional fees are charged as specified in the KSHST Annex-Lde for the examinations requested by the person so that both health reports can be edited.

5) All state Turkey hospitals should receive the above-mentioned fees without regard to the difference in steps from the point of view of hospitals affiliated to our Turkish ministry.
